Spring is upon us and the promise of physical and psychological renewal and rejuvenation of self through sporting activities becomes easier when our warmer Irish weather will settle in for a few months. Irish Blind Sports invites every one of you to pick up an indoor or outdoor sport or activity and go out there and enjoy yourself alone or with others.
