Irish Blind Sports AGM, Wednesday September 9th 2009

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Irish Blind Sports will be held at 8.30pm on Wednesday, 9th September 2009 in the Westmoreland Suite of the Temple Bar Hotel, Fleet Street, Dublin 2. Tea and sandwiches will be served after 8pm.
Only fully paid up senior members of IBS (as of 2009) are entitled to vote at the AGM. Any fully paid-up senior member may appoint another fully paid-up senior member as proxy (forms available from IBS on request). Please note that proxies must be received by the Company Secretary at Irish Blind Sports, 115 Lower George's Street, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, no later than seven days before the AGM i.e. by Wednesday, 2nd September 2009.
