Recreational Tandem Cycling

Sharon Dunne, a new director of Irish Blind Sport, has agreed to coordinate some dates for cycling over the coming months, hopefully starting late in July. People who are interested need to provide their own tandem and ideally their own pilot. Each team should be self sufficient and carry a repair kit etc as we cannot guarantee a support vehicle at this time. If it is necessary we will try and facilitate people interested to find a voluntary pilot for the cycles. These cycles will be recreational rather than competitive so should appeal to all ages and abilities. There will be some shorter evening cycles and some longer ones on a weekend day. The dates will follow as soon as available.
