Water Skiing

Water-skiing with Irish Blind Sports is a fantastic way to experience the hi-octane thrills and spills of a fast and exciting water sport. You don’t need to be a fitness fanatic to take part and enjoy water-skiing, it’s also a sport for all ages and you don’t even need to be able to swim as you will be wearing a lifejacket and wetsuit at all times on the water.
Excellent instructors, who have chosen to take a particular interest in teaching water-skiing to blind and visually impaired participants, bring with them a wealth of experience over the last ten years and will be there to help you master the sport. Besides the great opportunity to take part in such a rewarding sport, water-skiing with Irish Blind Sports brings with it a lively social scene. There are several water-skiing trips organised every year, generally taking place over four days during summer weekends.
